Purpose

At NVidya (“NVidya,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), protecting your personal information is more than just a legal requirement — it’s a core part of the trust you place in us. As the learning and certification division of Nityo Infotech, we are committed to ensuring that your privacy is respected and your data is handled with care.

This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, manage, and safeguard your personal information when you interact with our platforms — including our websites, mobile applications, and learning services (collectively, the “Services”). It also explains your choices around the use of your data, including how to access it, update it, or withdraw your consent when permitted by law. We process your information strictly for the purpose of delivering the learning experiences, certifications, and support you request from us. This includes enabling course access, personalizing content, processing payments, and improving our offerings.

Unless otherwise defined here, terms used in this Privacy Policy will have the same meanings as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. When we refer to "personal data," "personal information," or "personally identifiable information" in this Policy, we also include any sensitive data as defined by applicable laws — including, where relevant, financial details, demographic information, or data that may identify you directly or indirectly.
If you're using our Services, we encourage you to read this policy fully. Continuing to use our platforms means you acknowledge and agree to how we handle your information, in line with this Policy.

  • Personalization: To customize and optimize your learning experience based on your preferences, progress, and individual needs. This allows us to recommend relevant content, courses, and resources to help you achieve your goals.
  • Marketing and Promotional Activities: With your explicit consent, we may send you promotional communications, newsletters, and offers regarding our services, discounts, and new offerings.
  • Data Analytics: To monitor and assess user behavior, enabling us to improve the platform, service delivery, and user engagement. This helps us refine our offerings and better cater to your needs.

Sharing of Information

At NVidya, we prioritize the protection of your personal information. However, there are certain circumstances where we may share your data. We may disclose your personal information to our affiliates, subcontractors, or authorized training providers who assist in delivering our services. These third parties are bound by confidentiality agreements and are only permitted to use your data for purposes related to our services. We may also share your information if required by law or in response to lawful requests from governmental authorities, including those related to national security or law enforcement.
In the event of a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will inform you of such changes and ensure that your data remains protected. Additionally, we may share your data with third-party service providers who assist with payment processing, marketing, or customer support, but these providers are also obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of your information.

End-User Accounts and Administrator Access

In certain situations, your account may be created on your behalf by an authorized administrator—such as your employer or a certified training partner. In such cases, this administrator acts as our “Client” and may provide personal information about you. We process this information strictly under the Client’s instructions and do not maintain a direct relationship with you, the End-User.
Your use of our platform may also be governed by the policies of the organization that granted you access. It is their responsibility to ensure they have the appropriate authority and consent to submit your data as described in this Privacy Notice.
If you are an End-User, please direct all privacy-related questions to your administrator. Nvidya is not responsible for the data privacy practices of our Clients, which may differ from our own internal policies. No mobile data—including SMS opt-in information—will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This category of data remains entirely confidential.

International Data Handling and Storage

Your personal information may be stored or processed in the region where you reside and in other countries where Nvidya or its authorized partners maintain infrastructure. These include operational facilities in the United States, India, Singapore, and Japan.
To deliver our services globally, your data may be transferred internationally. Regardless of the location, we apply consistent privacy and security measures to protect your information throughout its lifecycle. Some of our team members located in different countries may access your data as part of support, development, or technical operations. Although privacy laws differ by jurisdiction, Nvidya ensures that your data is treated with a high standard of care and in compliance with relevant legal requirements.
By using our services and submitting your personal data, you acknowledge and consent to its transfer, storage, and processing in the locations where we and our partners operate.

Usage Analytics and Tracking Pixels

To better understand how users engage with our services, we employ trusted third-party analytics tools. These tools collect data related to your interactions on our site, which helps us analyze trends, improve functionality, and personalize your experience.
Some analytics providers may also collect certain Personally Identifiable Information (PII) to enhance service delivery. Aggregated insights may occasionally be shared publicly for transparency and research purposes.
We and our advertising partners may use tracking technologies like web beacons to monitor site activity, manage advertising campaigns, and gain demographic insights. These reports may be provided in both individual and combined forms.

Browser Do Not Track Signals

Many browsers now offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) option, which signals a user’s preference to limit online tracking. At present, our platform does not automatically respond to DNT signals due to the absence of an industry-wide standard on how to interpret these requests.
Nonetheless, we respect your privacy choices and continue to monitor developments in DNT technology and standards to adapt our practices accordingly.

External Websites and Third-Party Links

Our site may include links directing you to external websites or services that we do not own or control. We disclaim any responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third parties.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any external sites you visit to understand how they manage your information.

Public Discussion Spaces and Community Contributions

Where available, our platform offers forums, blogs, or community boards for public discussion. Any personal details you share in these spaces can be accessed, collected, or used by other participants and may be exposed to unsolicited communications.
Please exercise caution when posting personal information, as content shared publicly may be indexed by search engines and widely accessible.

Social Media Integration and Single Sign-On Features

Our services may incorporate social media functionalities such as “Like” buttons, sharing widgets, or embedded apps. Upon your consent, these features may collect data like your IP address and browsing activity to function correctly. These tools are provided and governed by third-party privacy policies.
We also support Single Sign-On (SSO) using platforms like LinkedIn, allowing you to authenticate with ease. During this process, some personal details—such as your name and email—may be shared with us as permitted by you.

Communication Preferences and Notifications

We use your contact information to deliver essential service notifications, account updates, and promotional content. If you wish to stop receiving marketing communications, you can opt out via the unsubscribe link in those messages or by contacting us directly.
Non-promotional communications, such as maintenance alerts, cannot be opted out of but are necessary to ensure uninterrupted service.

Commitment to Data Security

Protecting your data is a priority. We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption (SSL), secure access controls, malware scanning, and regular vulnerability assessments to secure your information.
While we implement strong security measures, no online transmission can be guaranteed 100% safe. We recommend you take care when sharing sensitive data online. Payment transactions are processed securely by certified third-party providers and are not stored on our servers.

Displaying Client Feedback

With your consent, we publish client testimonials and reviews on our website, often including your name and comments. Should you wish to have your testimonial removed, please reach out and we will accommodate your request promptly.

TOGAF® 10th Edition Program Confidentiality
